Shipping & Delivery Policy – ParamaatmaWear

Thank you for shopping with ParamaatmaWear! We are committed to getting your favourite graphic T-shirts and Hoodies to you as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are subject to product availability and payment verification.
  • Once an order is confirmed, it typically takes 1-3 business days to prepare it for shipping (i.e., Printing, Quality Check, and Packaging).
  • Business Days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

2. Domestic Shipping Options (Within India)

We offer the following shipping options for all domestic orders:

  • Shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout.
  • Note: Delivery to certain remote or interior locations may take an additional 2-3 days.

3. Cash On Delivery (COD)

  • We offer the Cash On Delivery (COD) payment option.
  • An additional handling fee of ₹50 (or your actual COD fee) will be applied to all COD orders.
  • COD service is available only on select pin codes. Please check for availability at checkout by entering your pin code.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS notification containing your Tracking Number and the name of the courier partner.
  • You can use this tracking number to check the live status of your package on the courier partner’s website.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated by the courier service after the shipment confirmation is sent.

5. Important Shipping Notes

  • Incorrect/Incomplete Address: Please ensure you provide the complete and correct shipping address, including the correct PIN code. ParamaatmaWear is not responsible for any delays or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
  • Shipping Partners: We use reputable courier services like Blue Dart, Delhivery, FedEx, or India Post (depending on location and service availability).
  • Unexpected Delays: Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to minor delays due to unforeseen circumstances, courier issues, or natural calamities. We will keep you informed in such rare cases.
  • International Shipping: Currently, ParamaatmaWear ships only within India. We plan to expand internationally soon.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your package appears to be lost in transit or arrives in a damaged condition, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date or receipt of the damaged item.
  • We will investigate the matter with our courier partner and work quickly to provide a replacement or refund, as applicable.
