At ParamaatmaWear, we aim to provide you with high-quality graphic apparel. Since our T-shirts and Hoodies are primarily created on a Print-on-Demand basis, we have a specific policy regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.


1. Order Cancellation

Since we start processing your custom apparel shortly after you place an order, the cancellation window is limited.

A. Cancellation Eligibility:

  • You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it OR before the order status changes to “Processing.” Whichever comes first.
  • Once the order status is updated to “Shipped,” cancellation is no longer possible.

B. How to Cancel:

  • To request a cancellation, please email us immediately at [Your Email Address] with your Order Number and the reason for cancellation.
  • If your order is successfully canceled within the window, we will confirm the cancellation and process a full refund (if prepaid).

2. Returns and Refunds

ParamaatmaWear accepts returns and issues refunds only under specific conditions, primarily related to manufacturing defects or errors on our part.

A. Acceptable Conditions for Refund/Return:

We process refunds/replacements only for the following reasons:

  1. Wrong Product Received: If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered (e.g., incorrect design, color, or size).
  2. Damaged or Defective Product: If the product arrived with a manufacturing defect, tear, or damage during transit.

B. Conditions for Return Eligibility:

  • You must notify us via email at [Your Email Address] within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • For damaged items, you must attach clear photos or a video showing the defect in your email notification.

C. Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable Situations (No Returns For):

  • Size Issues (Customer Error): If the size you ordered does not fit. Our Size Chart is clearly provided on all product pages, and exchanges/returns due to customer ordering the wrong size are not entertained.
  • Minor Color Variance: Slight variations in color between the product images on your screen and the actual product due to screen resolution and lighting.
  • Change of Mind: If you simply changed your mind or no longer like the product after receiving it.

3. Refund Process

  1. Return Approval: Once we confirm your return request (based on the acceptable conditions above), we will arrange a reverse pick-up from your shipping address.
  2. Quality Inspection: After the product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a mandatory quality check.
  3. Refund Initiation: If the product successfully passes the quality check, we will initiate the refund within 5-7 business days.
  4. Refund Method: The refund amount will be credited back to your original mode of payment (Source Account). Please allow an additional 2-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank or statement due to banking process times.
